Worst customer service ever. Still no delivery date after I was promised it would arrive before Xmas.
Still no response from this company who are taking my money but not supplying the bike. they keep saying they are looking into it but they are not
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID- ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND WONT HELP AT ALL. AVOID, SCAM ARTISTS
Waited 10 weeks for Bike ,Then the night before our delivery they emailed to cancel because of curfews (the curfews no longer in effect it was changed to 11pm) I HAVE gotten 2 other furniture delivery in the last 3 days they had no problem making the deliveries. Now I get an email it may not be delivered 5-10 days.Awful Company
Peloton is STILL posting on their site that they offer a 30 Day Trial. That is a lie. They are still selling snd delivering bikes during COVID 19, but REFUSE to pick up returns within the trial period so consumers are stuck with a bike they don’t bike AND harassment from AFFIRM, INC to CONTINUE paying for the bike until PELOTON picks up the bike. Even If you did not loose your work like I did from COVID-19 and need EVERY PENNY, you would SEE THROUGH this SCAM.
